Taking_Notes_from_Behind_an_American_Wall

(Inspired by Darryl Moss’s “From Numbers to Power“)

Outrun hope. Sidestep hate. Allow
the people to see Resistance as

the new Golden Rule. I rule the space
between my ears. The American

puzzle is nothing more than a maze-
like trap. I test boundaries, inhale

limits, lean forward into grease, metal,
grind. Mr. Moss talks about leveraging

voting power in Springfield, Mass.
A voter’s alliance could shift power

back to the people and spark waves
of progress–institutional change.

Are voters ready to leverage their
power, Mr. Moss? Or are they quite

content with feeling the boots of
the status quo? I concentrate on

developing cosmos with words and
ideas. Climbing chain linked fences

is a pastime. These days, I examine
liberation with an Afro pick and

a bluesy disposition.
